Blaine Cook

Blaine is a software engineer based in the Slocan Valley. He served as Twitter’s original lead developer, helping scale the platform from launch in 2006 to a global service, and has been a principal contributor to foundational internet security standards including OAuth.

He founded Poetica, a writing collaboration startup that was acquired by Condé Nast, and now works for Roundabout, a digital public space for local communities.
