606 Arts Space
606 Arts Space is the working name for the former Kootenay School of the Arts building in downtown Nelson, located at 606 Victoria Street.
Beginning August 1, 2026, Nelson Community Land Trust will hold a five-year lease for the building and support its transition into a shared arts, culture, education, and community space.
The building will operate with multiple tenants. Kootenay School of the Arts Society (KSAS) will be one of them, continuing KSA educational programming in the building alongside other arts and community organizations.
