Robin DuPont

Robin DuPont is an internationally recognized ceramic artist, educator, and specialist in atmospheric firing techniques who has been a vital part of Nelson’s creative community for over 25 years. As Nelson’s 2023 Cultural Ambassador, he leads the ceramics program at Selkirk College’s Kootenay Studio Arts and maintains an active studio practice in the Slocan Valley. He holds advanced degrees from the University of Utah and has completed residencies at the Banff Centre for the Arts.
